Refunds, Returns or Exchanges

  • Your happiness and satisfaction is my primary goal. And it is my goal that your purchasing experience is smooth and hassle-free.  I will do my very best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
  • If a problem is discovered and requires attention, please contact me immediately so that your needs can be addressed and resolved quickly. 
  • If, however, there is a problem that can't be easily resolved, I will a provide either a refund (less shipping), store credit or exchange.
  • Purchases from ready-made inventory may be refunded, less shipping, returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase. 
  • Buyer pays shipping on returned items.
  • Custom made items are not refundable.  However, I will always do my best to repair, replace, or rebuild your bag.  Your happiness is very important to me, and I take a great deal of pride in making sure you have a quality handmade item in the end.
