When possible, and if there is time in my schedule, I’m happy to make a bag using a fabric you’d prefer. Please contact me first to see if I can locate the fabric locally before trying to find it online.  Pricing and scheduling will vary for custom fabrics.

Payment is due at the time of order. All orders are custom made and production does not begin until your order is placed.

Usually, the time to build a new bag takes as little as just a few days.  But often, the production time for a custom order can vary, depending on the availability of the items and materials that will be used to build your new bag. If your bag requires longer than a week to build, you will receive regular updates (and photos when possible) via email or SMS texting by phone.  I try to work closely with you every step of the way to guarantee you will be happy with your new bag.

I work really hard to ensure you receive a quality item. If you are not satisfied, you may return non-personalized custom made items in my shop within 14 days of receiving the shipment for a refund (less shipping).  Custom monogrammed or personalized items, or items that have fabrics that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged as these are one of a kind made just for you! 

To insure you are always aware of the status of your shipment, you will receive a tracking number for all shipments, and can log in on my website to view the status of your order.  I try to make sure that packages are carefully shipped and handled in the best manner possible.  However, I cannot provide refund for lost packages.  I will, however, provide you with any information necessary to locate a lost or delayed package.
