Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS, please provide a request in the checkout notes area. And please let us know if a signature will be required - an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Domestic U.S. Shipping is usually FREE from our shop, and includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. International Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
Production
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your item to be made prior to shipping. We ship USPS First class or Priority with tracking and you will receive a shipment notification via the email provided on during purchase. Once shipped, USPS First class mail typically arrives in 2-4 business days and Priority 2-3 days. International shipping times may vary between (during the busiest times of the year 2-3 weeks). The customer is responsible for customs fees. Please expect possible delays during the holidays.
