Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

Your satisfaction with our products is important to us.

Refunds

Due to items being personalized, they are non-refundable. But, if your customized item isn't as ordered (misspelled name, wrong number, or fabric) then we will replace it ASAP at our expense and it will be mailed out within 2 days. If a refund is desired due to such a mistake, the item must be returned in new/unused condition, and a full refund for the item (less shipping) will be given immediately upon receipt.  A request for a refund must be made within 30-days of purchase.

Exchanges

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will try to assist in any way to help make sure our product meets your needs. If your new bag isn't as you ordered due to an error on our part (spelling error, wrong size or color selection), we will exchange it quickly.  

Each item is a custom made order - not mass-produced - with YOUR satisfaction in mind. Please use care and review sizes you provided carefully. Please double-check your measurements before submitting information. If you are unsure which size to order, please send us a message and we will happily help you find the perfect fit! We make sure that you receive a response very quickly so that you can get your order in as quickly as possible.

And request for an exchange must be made within 30-days of purchase.

Returns

Returns must be pre-approved.  A request must be made within 30-days of purchase.
